12. Meta (Facebook / Instagram)
A licensed Caxron customer may connect Facebook / Instagram Lead Ads so Instant Form submissions become leads in that customer's CRM. Facebook Login for Business is used so the customer can authorize Pages and forms.
- What Meta may send us: lead fields the advertiser asked for (for example name, email, phone, custom questions), Page and form identifiers, and Facebook user identifiers needed to connect or disconnect the app
- How we use it: create or update a lead in the customer's CRM, keep the connection working, prevent duplicates, and record security/activity logs
- Who controls it: the advertising customer is the controller of Instant Form leads. DGTIA FZC LLC is not using those leads for our own marketing
- Retention: leads stay in the customer's CRM according to their retention. Our integration logs are kept for a limited operational and security window
