What is Caxron?
Caxron is business software licensed to your company, not a shared login mixed with other businesses. Today teams run CRM work: leads, customers, appointments, and follow-ups. The product is built so more desk modules can be added later.
Is Caxron an ERP?
No. Caxron is not an ERP today. It does not replace finance, payroll, or warehouse systems. We start with CRM. HR, inventory, and procurement are on the product roadmap. They are not sold until they ship.
How do we get started?
Tell us which plan you want. We prepare your CRM, then email your link and activation code. You open the link, enter the code, create your first admin, and sign in.
Where does our data live?
On your company CRM. Other customers do not share your database. Our team tools never replace your day-to-day CRM login.
Will we see an activation code on this website?
No. Codes are sent by email after your CRM is ready. This website is only for learning about the product and contacting sales.
Is pricing in USD?
Yes. The public catalog is in USD. Basic is $49 per month for five people. Extra staff are $9 each. Premium is $99 per month for five people. Extra staff are $19 each. Extra customer logins are $5 per month. Implementation from $499. Enterprise is quoted. UAE VAT may apply on the invoice.
Who should sign into the CRM?
Anyone who gets a login counts as a user: your staff, and customers you let in for service requests or job orders. Buyers of Caxron use this website. DGTIA staff use separate internal tools, not your CRM login.
Can we start with core features and add sector tools later?
Yes. Every plan starts with the core desk tools (CRM). Sector extras, and later modules such as HR or inventory, can layer on when they exist, without changing how your team already works.
Do you offer online self-serve checkout today?
Not yet. Today we start with a sales conversation so seats and setup match your desk. Online checkout is planned for a later phase.
What happens after we contact sales?
We confirm your plan and seats, prepare your CRM, and email your link plus activation code. You turn it on, create the first admin, and invite the team.
Can we bring Facebook or Instagram Lead Ads into Caxron?
Yes on a licensed Caxron CRM. The client connects their own Page. Instant Form answers become leads in that company's CRM for follow-up. We do not use those leads for our own ads. See https://caxron.com/product/facebook-lead-ads/
Who is DGTIA FZC LLC?
DGTIA FZC LLC is the company that licenses Caxron. It is headquartered in the United Arab Emirates. Caxron is the product name on this site. Contracts, invoices, and Meta Business verification use DGTIA FZC LLC, not a separate Caxron company.
