User data deletion
DGTIA FZC LLC trading as Caxron honors deletion requests for data we control, and Meta deauthorize / data-deletion callbacks on a connected CRM.

1. Who this is for
This page explains how to ask DGTIA FZC LLC to delete personal data we process forCaxron. It covers this website, sales inquiries, Facebook Login for Business used to connect Lead Ads, and Instant Form leads that landed in a licensed Caxron CRM.
2. Marketing website and sales emails
If you browsed caxron.com, submitted the contact form, or emailed sales, ask us to delete that inquiry. Include the work email you used and your company name. We will delete or anonymize records we control unless a legal hold (for example tax or dispute) requires us to keep a copy for a limited time.
3. If you connected Caxron with Facebook
- Open Facebook → Settings → Apps and websites, and remove Caxron.
- That sends Meta's deauthorize callback to the connected CRM, which disconnects the integration.
- You can also email us (below) and ask us to disconnect the app and delete connection identifiers we store.
Meta's own data-deletion callback is handled on the CRM host that is registered as the app webhook. We return a confirmation code as Meta requires. Status of that request can be checked on the confirmation URL Meta receives.
4. If you filled a Facebook or Instagram lead form
Instant Form answers are stored in the advertiser's Caxron CRM. That company is the controller. Contact them first (the business named on the ad or form). If you cannot reach them, email us with the advertiser name, approximate date, and the email or phone you submitted. We will help route the request to the customer who holds the lead.
5. How to send a request
Email digital@dgtia.com and include:
- Your full name and work email
- Company name (if any)
- What you want deleted (website inquiry, Facebook connection, or a lead you submitted)
- Facebook user id, if you have it
We acknowledge requests and complete deletion of data we control, or explain if another company (the advertiser) must act. Related policy: Privacy Policy.
